Emulsifier, potassium fortifier; flavoring agent; meat bonding agent; preparation of pasta products with alkaline water. According to FAO (1984), and limited for use: instant soup, broth; the total phosphate 1000mg/kg (P2O5); processed cheese, the total amount of phosphate 9g/kg (in phosphorus meter); cream powder, milk powder 5g/kg (alone or with other stabilizer dosage); lunch meat, cooked meat leg meat, ham, cooked meat at the end of 3g/kg (single or other phosphate dosage, P2O5); for low concentrated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream, the amount of 2g/kg, combined with 3g/kg and other stabilizers (in an anhydrous); cold 2g/kg (alone or combined with other phosphate the amount of P2, to O5).
